  • Organic Raw Cacao Sweet Nibs Fermented

    Our sweet cacao nibs are sweetened with coconut nectar and are certified organic, kosher, Non-GMO Project verified, fermented and naturally gluten-free.

    Our sweetened cacao nibs are perfectly versatile and nutrient-dense bites created from peeled and crumbled cacao beans, coated with rich coconut palm nectar. They maintain the same quality and integrity of the whole cacao bean. Nibs make a great substitute for chocolate chips in any recipe and taste great sprinkled on just about anything.

    As a quality focused company, we test samples from all of our cacao lots at an accredited laboratory using plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). This method accurately tests for the levels of naturally occurring heavy metals present in cacao that includes lead and cadmium.

    Our sweet nibs are made from Criollo variety Peruvian cacao beans and lightly sweetened with coconut nectar.

    Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

    Packaged in a facility that also processes tree nuts.
